Overview:

We are seeking a creative and innovative Website Designer who can independently handle web projects from start to finish. The candidate should have the ability to design unique layouts, customize websites, and propose multiple solutions based on client requirements. The role involves communicating with UK clients and requires a mix of creative, lateral, logical, and analytical thinking in design and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently take ownership and complete web projects.
• Start and complete projects from scratch with innovative design approaches.
• Design unique layouts and customize websites tailored to client needs.
• Proactively propose multiple solutions based on client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with UK-based clients.
• Apply creativity and vibrant thinking with strong logical and analytical visualization skills.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in HTML, HTML5, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, CSS3 (must be skilled in at least one).
• Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) (optional).
• Experience working with WordPress, including plugins, themes, and responsive layouts.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Experience converting PSD (Photoshop Designs) to HTML.
• Familiarity with FTP, file managers, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP MyAdmin.
• Understanding of content management, web security, and SEO principles.
• Ability to customize minor code, templates, and themes in WordPress.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, or Java.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in web designing and development.
• Qualification in BE, MCA, M.Sc., B.Sc. (I.T.) or any graduate degree.
• Strong communication skills, especially for client interactions.
• Creative mindset combined with strong logical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end project delivery.
